28/06/2024 - Royal Victoria Park (RVP) & Café Facilities Refurbishment ref: 2078 Approved
Deliver a series of improvements to upgrade
facilities at RVP including: Refurbished café, upgrade to
tennis and golf facilities and refurbishment of public toilets.
Repairs to the Pavilion, these include works to the external
timberwork and improvement works to the embankments to the lower
area, the retaining wall and steps between the old bowling green
and lower tennis courts, plus fire risk assessment priority works
and fencing replacement.

25/06/2024 - CRSTS - Manvers Street Maintenance Challenge Funding ref: 2077 Approved
The Manvers Street Remediation Project aims to
identify and deliver a long-term maintenance solution to Manvers
and Pierrepont Streets, a key arterial road within the Bath traffic
network. An initial options appraisal has identified a need for
further survey and design work to develop robust proposals for
delivery.

To approve the fees and charges for specified services - as set out in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 [Appendices follow the end of the report] – the transaction fees and costs for property and planning. These charges will be reviewed annually by the Head of Legal & Democratic Services & Monitoring Officer, who will continue to review in light of the UK Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) and amend on an increase only basis from 1st June 2024 – to 31st May 2028 [the intervening period].
