19/08/2022 - Upgrade of Poster Boxes ref: 1759 Approved
This project replaces the 36 poster boxes that
are currently located in the city centre and environs with new
fit-for-purpose units. At present, they contain a range of posters
promoting the Roman Baths, Fashion Museum, Victoria Art Gallery,
Bath’s Historic Venues, Bath World Heritage Centre, Museums
Week and other Learning and Participation events, and the Discovery
Card. The current poster box units have been in place for 23 years
and the majority are now in a very poor state. Roughly half of the
boxes are currently unusable due to: damage to, or removal of, the
front perspex covers; damaged locking mechanisms, water
ingress

09/08/2022 - Approach Pitch and Putt Golf Course Procurement (WL) ref: 1758 Approved
Bath and North
East Somerset Council has undertaken a market engagement
exercise to both alert the market to the potential upcoming
procurement process, and to assist with the development of tender
documentation to find a new operator of the Approach Pitch and Putt
Golf Course.
There appears to be adequate interest from the supplier market to
continue with the procurement process as planned and a SMD is
required to move to Stage 2 and allocate resource.
