23/12/2021 - Purchase of Air Quality Monitor ref: 1644 Approved
To move provisional capital of £4.2k to
fully approved for the replacement of a Zephyr Air Quality
Monitor.
The Zephyr is an air quality monitor which measures a range of
parameters such as Nitrogen Dioxide and Particulates and replaces a
now defunct AQMesh analyser. This will be deployable everywhere
– within and outside the CAZ.

20/12/2021 - Fashion Museum – Study Collection Centre ref: 1642 Approved
To fund early stage work to develop a business
case for the Fashion Museum Collection Study Centre. The
collection's home is currently at the Fashion Museum in premises
leased from the National Trust which must be vacated by March
2023.The proposed new Collection Study Centre will provide a home
for the collection and for the first time inclusively open it up
for researchers, designers, makers, start-ups, students and
communities, for physical and virtual access.

21/12/2021 - Adoption of an Enforcement Policy for the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015.(WL) ref: 1643 Approved
The Council has a duty to enforce the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 which are fully implemented from April 2020 and needs to adopt a policy to set out how Officers will enforce the Regulations to maintain minimum energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector.
