Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Manager in South Gloucestershire Council. He formally worked with Avon County Council and has been a member of the Avon Pension Fund for 26 years. Mark has served on numerous committees including being a former Chair of Governors and voluntary sector organizations.
Mark is a committed public servant and promotes the mixed economy model of service delivery, where local authorities play a pivotal role in coordinating and stimulating community inclusion and involvement.
