BSW Integrated Care Partnership
Description
BSW Together is an integrated care system (ICS) made up of NHS and local authority organisations working together. The ICS brings together an Integrated Care Board, three hospital trusts, private providers, a mental health trust, an ambulance trust and voluntary sector organisations.
