These issues have not previously been published in a Forward Plan and are being brought forward under Urgency Rule 15 of the Council's Constitution.  The decision will be taken on or after the date shown, following a 5-working-day public consultation period.  The report sent to the decision maker is attached. The decision, once taken, will be published in a subsequent Weekly List and will not be subject to call-in.

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The DoE requires the school site to be transferred by 18th June 2021, if completion does not take place before this date, the DoE will not be able to award the building contract and there will be a significant risk that the building will not be ready for the school intake in September 2022. This decison will be considered under Urgency Rule 15 from Council's Constitution.
