PROPOSED DECISIONS OF CABINET MEMBERS ON MATTERS WITHIN THEIR PORTFOLIO PUBLISHED UNDER URGENCY RULE 15 OF THE COUNCIL'S CONSTITUTION These issues have not previously been published in a Forward Plan and are being brought forward under Urgency Rule 15 of the Council's Constitution. The decision will be taken on or after the date shown, following a 5-working-day public consultation period. The report sent to the decision maker is attached. The decision, once taken, will be published in a subsequent Weekly List and will not be subject to call-in.

RULE 15 Keynsham Land Acquisition Decision maker: Council Leader, Cabinet Member for Resources., Cabinet Member for Housing, Planning, and Economic Development Decision: Not before 1st Mar 2021 Lead officer: Simon Martin Decision status: Approved Notice of proposed decision first published: 18/02/2021 This decision will be taken under urgency procedures. Reason for urgency: This item is considered under Urgency Rule 15 (Constitution 4B Access to Information Rules) to enable the Land Sale to complete within the timescales agreed within the Heads of Terms. To not proceed under urgency powers will risk the Council being able to comply with this condition. EFP Reference: E3271
URGENT DECISIONS TAKEN These are decisions which, because of special circumstances needed to be taken urgently without the normal publication and call-in rules applying.
