Revenue Budget Contingency 2011/12 - Allocation of Funding (Rule 15)

The Council Budget agreed in February 2011 stated that one-off headroom allocations would be reviewed by Cabinet.  Some headroom allocations are being proposed and Cabinet will therefore be asked to note these.
