Youth Justice Plan 2011-12
The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 requires Local Authorities to produce and publish an annual Youth Justice Plan, setting out how youth justice services are to be provided and funded. As part of the Council's Policy and Budget Framework, the Youth Justice Plan will need Full Council endorsement. The Plan will then be submitted to the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales.
