The report introduced the Heritage Services Business Plan 2011-2016 and sets out a strategy for ongoing investment, principally in the Roman Baths & Pump Room site, that will sustain its position as one of the UK's leading visitor attractions and continue to deliver the return the Council expects through its Financial Plan.

Reason For Withdrawal: This paper was withheld while broader governance issues in Tourism, Leisure and Culture issues were discussed. Heritage Services is now well into the business year, with two-thirds of the financial year’s business being done by the end of September. The Service will continue to work to its revised 5-year business plan adopted in 2010/11 and is now working to prepare a new 5-year plan for 2012/13 onwards.
