Combe Down Stone Mines project - Proposal to vary Funding Offer

Government has decided that the Land Stabilisation Programme which funds the project will close at the end of March 2011.  The £166m project has come in within budget.  Officers are working to agree a revised offer to fund on-going Council liabilities & to allow HCA to use the surplus to fund other stabilisation projects.
