Consideration of any objections received to advertisement of proposed disposal of Open Space at 16 play areas in Bath
Transfer of the freehold of these 16 sites has been agreed under decision E2150 by Cllrs Gerrish & Hanney. Statutory land holding powers however require us to advertise in the Press the planned disposal of Open Space. If any objections are received following this, the merit of these needs to be considered by a different cabinet member from the ones who took the original decision.
