Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation - Revised Charges

HMO licences for many high risk Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) will expire from April 2011.  This proposal concerns a revision of the HMO licensing fee to enable the Council to recover the costs incurred by delivering the HMO licencing service.
