Reason For Withdrawal: A Single Member Decision is no longer necessary. This change has come about because Bath Quays South is now part of the recently constituted Aequus Regeneration Bath Quays South Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Consequently, the borrowing requirements will be covered through the LLP.
