Following the successful examination and passing the community referendum, this report will seek to make and bring into force the High Littleton and Hallatrow Neighbourhood Development Plan, so that it will be used by the Local Planning Authority to help determine planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area.

Consultation process

The High Littleton and Hallatrow Neighbourhood Plan has been prepared by the parish council and has involved extensive community consultation.
In preparing the Single member Decision Report officers have consulted with the Cabinet Member for Built Environment, Housing and Sustainable Development, S151 and Monitoring Officers.
