Delegation of authority to sign and seal on behalf of the Council
The Monitoring Officer has the power to
delegate the ability to sign and seal documents on behalf of the
Council.
This decision will add a new member of the legal staff (Emma
Howard) to the list of officers authorised to sign and seal
documents on behalf of the Council.
