Sustainable Construction Checklist (Supplementary Planning Document) Review and Update of Energy Summary Tool 1 (WL)

 

 

Following consultation on proposed draft amendments to the Sustainable Construction Checklist Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) the final version of the amended SPD has been prepared and is recommended for adoption. The amendments will mean that applicants for schemes of up to 25 dwellings (including a maximum of 9 flats) can use the SAP Energy Summary Tool to demonstrate compliance with Local Plan Partial Update Policy SCR6.
