Liveable Neighbourhoods: A through-traffic restriction on Winifred’s Lane (WL)
To seek permission to trial a through-traffic restriction using an Experimental Traffic Order (ETRO) on Winifred’s Lane (south of its junction with Somerset Lane) and supplemented by a no-right-turn onto Sion Hill from the northern end of Cavendish Road.
