Notice of proposed decision first published: 31/08/2023

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
We are seeking to use the Urgency Procedure under the Council Constitution Section 3.5.15 General Exception, as the decision relates to securing Department for Levelling Up Housing & Communities (DLUHC) funding which has tight time constraints which we will fail to meet if we delay this decision. We believe the decision should be exempt from call in under 3.2.30 of the Council Constitution – “Exceptions to “Call-in” because the effect of a call-in alone would cause the Council to fail to comply with government requirements associated with the award of this funding.
