Transport and Development Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) (WL)
The Transport and Development SPD will help to
ensure new development facilitates and contributes to the delivery
of and improvements to sustainable modes of transport. It includes
section on parking standards for new development; walking and
cycling infrastructure; Ultra-Low Emissions Vehicles; and Travel
Plans. Following consultation on the draft SPD and consideration of
the comments received this report recommends adoption of the
Transport & Development SPD.
