A review and updating of the Planning
Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is required
primarily in order that it reflects and facilitates delivery of the
Local Plan Partial Update which is due to be adopted later this
year. This report will seek approval of publication of a draft SPD
for consultation.

Officers. The report seeks approval of a draft SPD that will then
be subject to full public consultation.
