Consultation process

As part of preparing the Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) targeted stakeholder engagement has been undertaken, followed by statutory public consultation on draft revisions to the SPD. A consultation statement has been prepared setting out the details of this consultation, a summary of the responses received and the Council's comments on the key issues raised.

Ward Councillors across Bath, other Councillors, Council officers from relevant teams (e.g. Housing, Transport, Council Tax), Higher Education providers, Landlord representatives. Cabinet Member for Planning and the monitoring and S151 officers have been consulted on the Single Member Decision Report and SPD.
