Reason For Withdrawal: The Cabinet Member agreed to withdraw installation of benches in Norfolk Crescent from the Cabinet Forward plan as it does not warrant a single member decision. The proposed benches at Norfolk Crescent will be installed as part of a 12 month pilot project as part of the Council's Bath River Line programme, at the end of trial the location, suitability and usage will be reviewed.
