Consultation process
Consultation with service users is continuous
throughout the year. Benchmarking with peer attractions is
undertaken through the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions
(ALVA). The Service's Advisory Board meets with directors and
Cabinet Members during the year and is consulted on the Service's
investment proposals and pricing strategy.
