Reason For Withdrawal: Negotiations for the purchase of Riverside Court, for Pioneer, have been exhausted with the vendor and the Councils bid remains second to that of the party who the vendor is proceeding with. Consequently the Council has had to commit to an alternative route to secure the delivery of flexible workspace. In principle a way forward has been agreed with the WECA to vire the LGF grant into Quays infrastructure enabling demonstrable delivery of flexible workspace across Bath Quays.
