Reason For Withdrawal: The Cabinet Member in consultation with the officers have decided that a full Single Member Decision is not required at this stage as the Council are not adopting the Joint Local Transport Plan (JLTP) but just seeking permission to go out to consultation on it. The consultation can be achieved via email correspondence as opposed to the Single Member Decision process. The JLTP will be considered by the Cabinet for full adoption at one of the future meetings.
