Taking Action on Empty Homes' - Adoption of the draft Empty Residential Property Policy 2018
A revised Empty Residential Property Policy has been developed by officers in Housing Services and is recommended for adoption by Single Member Decision. This will replace the current policy adopted in 2013.
The Planning, Housing & Economic Development Panel at its meeting on March 13th 2018 debated this policy and supported the changes proposed within it.
