Keynsham Leisure Centre
E2899 ‘Keynsham Leisure Centre’ related to a decision to make an authority change to the leisure contract to reflect that the works at Keynsham Leisure Centre will now be a refurbishment and enhancement of the existing centre rather than a new build as obliged by the contract. This is currently subject to ongoing discussions with the leisure operator and is now likely to form part of the budget papers in February.

Reason For Withdrawal: Report 'E2899 Keynsham Leisure Centre' related to a decision to make an authority change to the leisure contract to reflect that the works at Keynsham Leisure Centre will now be a refurbishment and enhancement of the existing centre rather than a new build as obliged by the contract. It has become apparent that this change will impact on the budgetary requirements for the scheme - therefore full council approval is required and so the report will now form part of the budget papers in February.
