The Panel received and debated a report regarding the spend proposals for the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) at their meeting on Tuesday 10th January 2017.
Reason for withdrawal from the Cabinet FWD plan: The report on the CIL spend proposals is withdrawn as the issues are now incorporated and addressed in the overall budget report ref E2914
For the PDS Panel: This report recommends how the income from CIL should be spent on infrastructure to support development.
