Call-In Information: This item will not be subject to Call In in accordance to Constitutional Rule Part 4(D) – 1 – ‘Exceptions to call-in’ as the effect would be that the Council would miss a statutory deadline, in this case the obligation to make the Neighbourhood Plans as soon as reasonably practicable after the referendum.
