Call-In Information: A valid Call-in was made. The EYCY PDS Panel considered the Call-in at a meeting on 9th May. Having considered the evidence, the Panel voted to uphold the Call-in and to ask the Cabinet to reconsider the decision. A special Cabinet meeting was held on 20th May to discuss the Panel’s recommendations and to reconsider the decision. Cabinet agreed to CONFIRM the original decision. The replacement decision is not subject to Call-in and will therefore be implemented immediately.
