PDF 38 KBThe Cabinet Member agrees that
(1) The charge for a fixed penalty notice for littering offences is increased from £50 to £75;
(2) If the charge is paid to the Council within 14 days of the offence then the charge is reduced to £60;
(3) If payment is not received within 28 days of the offence then the matter is referred for legal action where there is a maximum fine of £2,500.
