Request to draw down funds of £650K to complete concrete works before 1st July 2015

The Cabinet Members agree that the capital budget of up to £650K to carry out significant structural concrete works at Bath Sports Centre is approved
Reasons for the decision:
The Council is responsible for all structural elements of the Leisure buildings within its portfolio and cannot pass responsibility to any Leisure operator.

No other options are available other than to proceed with the works.
