Purpose:
A review of Traffic Management Act 2004 Highways Licenses to be applied in the future
Decision:
The Cabinet Members agree that
(1) The following schedule of fees will apply as of 1st April 2014

*Plus a charge to cover loss of income when on-street parking bays are suspended.
(2) The future increase in charges will be carried out on an annual basis linked to a nationally recognisable price index.
Reasons for the decision:
It is clear from the evidence provided that the management fees, relating to Discretionary Licence charges for placing Skips and Scaffold require updating to current costs in line with forthcoming regulatory changes
