Purpose:
Considerations of responses to the Safer Schools Phase 2 TRO including, No Stopping on School Keep Clears, No Waiting At Any Time, No Waiting Between Times, Limited Waiting, and Coach Parking. A Cabinet decision is required because there were objections to the published proposals.

The Cabinet Member agrees that
Proposals as advertised at the following sites are modified, as recommended in section 5 of the report (a summary of which is appended to this document).
· Beechen Cliff secondary school
· Ubley primary school
· Marksbury primary school
· Bathwick St Mary’s primary school
· Pensford primary school
· St Saviour’s primary school
· Oldfield park infants’ school
Proposals at all other sites are implemented as advertised.
Reasons for the decision:
The proposals address operational traffic issues
