Purpose:
This report gives details of performance against the Council's Treasury Management Strategy and Annual Investment Plan 2012/13 for the first 6 months of 2012/13
Decision:
(1) To NOTE the Treasury Management Report to 30th September 2012, prepared in accordance with the CIPFA Treasury Code of Practice;
(2) To NOTE the Treasury Management Indicators to 30th September 2012; and
(3) To REFER the Treasury Management Report and attached appendices to November Council and December Corporate Audit Committee.
Reasons for the decision:
The Prudential Code and CIPFA’s Code of Practice on Treasury Management requires regular monitoring and reporting of Treasury Management activities.
