Purpose:
To consider points raised following the 21 day advertising period of the proposals which ended on 9th June 2011.
Decision:
The Cabinet Member agrees that:
(1) The ‘No waiting at any time road marking at Gladstone Road/Tyning Road junction are to be omitted from the proposals;
(2) The objections received have been considered and the proposals should proceed as advertised except for the omission of the NWAAT parking restrictions at Gladstone Road/Tyning Road junction.
Reasons for the decision:
The omission of the ‘No waiting at any time’ road markings at Gladstone Road/Tyning Road junction will maximise available on street parking for residents where there is limited available parking.

There are no other options to be considered as part of this report.
