Purpose:
An update report on the progress on the
Liveable Neighbourhoods projects.
Decision:
To delegate the decision to:
(1) Agree the proposed shortlists to be taken forward to preliminary design and engagement; and
(2) Proceed with the implementation of the four pilot interventions set out in the report and, following preliminary design and engagement and final design and consultation, the shortlisted interventions
to the Lead Member for Sustainable Transport and Directors of Place Management and Sustainable Communities, in consultation with cabinet members and ward councillors.
Reasons for the decision:
To enable the project to maintain its current timetable and to deliver maximum benefit and value to the community as soon as possible.
