grant contribution towards the costs of improving the insulation of
the windows and walls of the existing hall.

The Cabinet Member agrees to fully approve £50k for Freshford Memorial Village Hall being funded by Strategic CIL.
Reasons for the decision:
The decision will enable the Council to allocate grant funding towards the development of Freshford Village Memorial Hall which will be used for community activities.
Alternative options considered:
Not to award a grant for Freshford Village Memorial Hall. There is a real risk that without this grant there would be a shortfall in funding the new hall.
