Purpose:
This is a proposed revision to the Street Naming & Numbering policy and charges.
Decision:
The Cabinet Member agrees to approve the revised Street Naming & Numbering policy & charges for 2018/19.
Reasons for the decision:
To bring the Policy in line with the Council’s customer service policy and make on-line applications the preferred route, to reduce staff time and admin costs, to simplify the charges structure, to end the duplication of consulting Ward Members and Parish Councils, to give Bath same process as parished areas, to become GDPR compliant and to comply with the Equalities Act 2010.

The other option considered is to leave the policy and charges unchanged.
