To approve and transfer the grant to DHI following their successful bid to Public Health England for £750,000 of national capital funding for the purchase of the drug and alcohol recovery house they currently lease from Knightstone Housing.

Public Health England awarded Developing Health and Independence £750,000 Capital Grant funding conditional on it being used for the purchase of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Property in Bath. The bid for the Capital Grant supports B&NES Council’s priorities.
