Purpose:
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has awarded the Council a major grant of £3.4M for The Archway Project and requires the Council to agree to its Teams & Conditions within 28 days of notification of the grant.
Decision:
The Cabinet Member agreed that the Council:
1.1 - accept the grant offer of £3,376,700 from HLF;
1.2 - accept the HLF Standard Terms of Grant;
1.3 - accept the Additional Grant Conditions for Local Authority Grantees.
The Cabinet Member agreed to sign the Local Authority Grantee Statement.
Reasons for the decision:
Receiving HLF’s grant of £3,376,700 is conditional upon the Council accepting HLF’s Standard Terms of Grant and the Additional Grant Conditions for Local Authority Grantees.
