Decision:
The Cabinet Member agrees that the provisionally approved budget of £2.05m be given Full Approval to complete the design and deliver the Saw Close Public Realm project.
Reasons for the decision:
Complete the public realm in and around the Saw Close Area to link the new Casino development with the existing businesses and other completed pedestrian and cycling improvements in the area.
Alternative options considered:
Not delivering the project, with loss of private sector and LEP funding.
