Grant a lease to sit alongside the public convenience contract with Healthmatic Ltd
Decision:
(1) To LEASE the Alice Park public conveniences to Healthmatic Limited, in accordance with the terms set out in the Heads of Terms;
(2) To ACCEPT the Qualified Surveyors’ Report; and
(3) To AUTHORISE the Public Notice for publication.
Reasons for the decision:
The grant of the lease of this property will provide the Trust with a continuation of the public toilet provision for the term of the contract and allow improvements to those facilities, consistent with other Council parks.
