Purpose:
An area of Weston Recreation Ground is required as a site compound in connection with the renovation works to Southlands Estate
Decision:
(1) To GRANT to Lovell Partnerships Ltd a licence to allow them to use the land identified in the Plan as a site compound for approximately 6 months.
Reasons for the decision:
The proposal is not detrimental to the Trust and the loss of land is only on a temporary basis. There is also the benefit of the licence fee to the Trust.
