To consider the points raised during the public advertisement of the TRO
Decision:
The Cabinet Member agrees that
(1) The proposals in relation to Tyning Road, Bathampton, Ashley Road, Bathford and London Road West Batheaston be implemented as advertised;
(2) The proposals in relation to Holcombe Lane, Bathampton be modified to 8am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
(3) The proposals in relation to Church Close, be modified as set out in the report
Reasons for the decision:
The modifications suggested reduce the effect of the proposal and maximise on street parking in the area
