Purpose:
Deliver feasibility and development to Stage 4
(detailed design ready for procurement). Following this work we
will seek further approval to move into delivery with final
outcomes expected to be: Upgrade of facilities at Odd Down Sports
Ground to include new gym space; outdoor exercise area; new
entrance, LED floodlighting upgrade; Rooftop Solar PV, construction
of new padel tennis courts, enhanced landscaping and installation
of an accessible path and nature trail around the perimeter of the
site.

To fully approved £146k of capital
budget fully funded by developers contributions
Alternative options considered:
Not undertaking the upgrades, which was not
considered an option as the site currently makes a loss and
replacement of Culverhay facilities are required
