Purpose:
At its meeting on 25th September, Cabinet
agreed to delegate authority to the Executive Director for
Sustainable Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Built Environment, Housing and Sustainable Development, to
agree textual changes to the Options document (Attachment 1) prior
to its publication for consultation. The textual changes required
to the Options document are set out in a schedule which has been
agreed via the delegated authority set out above.
Decision:
The schedule of changes to the Options
document presented to and approved by Cabinet on 25th September are
agreed by the Executive Director for Sustainable Communities, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Built Environment, Housing
and Sustainable Development. (see schedule linked below).
Alternative options considered:
No other options were considered as agreeing
textual changes to the Options document presented to Cabinet on
25th September prior to its publication for public consultation are
necessary.
