Purpose:
The Council is seeking a new provider for
Travel Management services as the current contract expires. The
procurement process, led by the Procurement Team and with cross
service engagement, included framework evaluation, provider
demonstrations, and written submissions. As a result, contracts for
Travel Management and Emergency Accommodation/Housing will be
separated, with a new provider appointed for Emergency
Accommodation/Housing booking.
Decision:
To award the Emergency Accommodation/Housing
contract to ArrangeMy.
Alternative options considered:
The option to contract for the Emergency
Accommodation requirements alongside Staff Travel was discounted.
Other suppliers were considered as part of the procurement
process.
