Purpose:
To increase the approved capital budget by
£30k to complete repairs and tree works to a boundary wall at
Cleveland Pools due to increased costs. It will result in a safe
and easy to maintain boundary between Cleveland Pools and a
neighbouring property.
Decision:
To fully approve capital amounting to
£30k from the capital programme for Corporate Estate Planned
Maintenance.
Alternative options considered:
The Council could do nothing but this would
result in further deterioration of the boundary wall and is not in
an appropriate condition for its location adjacent to a residential
property and a planned public lido.
